Workout complete leading to marathon complete!

I just wanted to say thanks to fitness blender and it’s fantastic workouts and to say to anyone struggling to stick with it! Two years I didn’t workout consistently. I stumbled across this website, bought my first programme and got hooked. I’ve now done several of their programmes and realised just how fit I had become when I threw running into the mix. First marathon completed on Sunday in just over four hours. I am absolutely delighted and would never have done it without Daniel and Kelly! Their clever combination of workouts is unbeatable if you stick with it. Now time to cut back on the running as I’ve missed fitness blender too much 😊
