I take FB to the gym!

For the entirety of my college career, I've had free access the the student gym. For my first two years, I didn't utilize it - I completed fitness blender workouts in my apartment and was content with that. However, I felt my body was ready to use heavier weights than the ones I owned, and I didn't want to spend more money on an expensive set of dumbbells. Rather, I bought a reasonably priced pair of wireless headphones, and decided to try taking Kelli and Daniel with me to the gym. And I have absolutely loved it! I keep my phone close by while I work through both strength and HIIT workouts, getting to use the gym's heavier weights along with Kelli and Daniel's killer workouts. The results of the heavier lifting along with a change of pace have me feeling amazing!
