What's your workout schedule like?

Hello, Blenders! I've posted here and there but this is my first time starting a thread. I've been subscribed to Fitness Blender on YouTube for 5+ years. From 2015 until about the end of 2017, I took a long break (a really long break), but have been consistent with my workouts ever since.

I've been looking to change up my workout schedule and was interested to see how everyone else laid out their workouts over the course of the week.

Here's mine currently:

Monday - Lower Body Strength

Tuesday - Upper Body Strength/Core

Wednesday - Pilates

Thursday - Upper Body Strength/Core

Friday - Lower Body Strength

Saturday - Light cardio/stretch or Rest Day

Sunday - Rest Day
