FB Sweat Day 22 #workoutcomplete

Today was a "Build a Booty" workout, and booty building we did do!!

This is the one that has the 5 jump squats in between sets.

Since I think I'm the only one left of the four who signed up to do this program together, I see no need in continuing daily check-ins. However, I will post a #programcomplete and results from the PFT at the end of the week.
