Does anyone have any suggestions for an egg replacement for someone who is allergic to eggs? I love making breakfast tacos for lunch! I've been trying the "Vegan Egg" and it tastes pretty good, but it's expensive and smells absolutely terrible when you mix it up. Also would like a more... "real food" option because I'm not really sure what is in the Vegan Egg!
