I have been using sepreate dumbbells and kettle bells for 8 months now. I’ve been putting money aside for a pair of powerblocks sport 24, but when I came to buy them they have sold out EVERYWHERE (cry!!!)
Instead I have now bought atlas adjustable weights 2-24kg. They arrive tomorrow and I’m super excited! Hoping my results will improve when I can lift a little heavier!
