Will i lose all my hard earned muscles?!

Hi everyone!

I have had a series of unfortunate events which lead to me not being able to workout for 3 weeks for the first time in 8 months! i am away this thursday on holiday too so that will make it a month without working out! i wonder if this big break will mean i lose all the shape and tone and muscle i have built, as in will it feel like starting again? I was just starting to make loads of progress so am feeling disheartened!!
