Hi everyone! Great Workout for Monday!

Hi everyone! Been away for a bit due to some Internet issues, but now that I have them fixed I can finally share my #workoutcompletes again! And see what you all have been up to!! Anything new with you FB Family?^^

Today's #workoutcomplete was an amazing pair. That HIIT and strength had such hard, but good exercises in it! And paired with one of my favorite pilates routines, I'm feeling wonderful. Post workout meal: Organic granola and pomegranate seeds 😍
