Help! Not sure what to do

Hi FItness Blenders! I have a question! I have started within the last 3 hours coming down with a sore/itchy throat and sneezing 🤧! So I have a holiday in literally a week and want to feel my best aka feel good in a bathing suits 👙! However I don’t want to allow this sickness to linger! I had been planning on working out but now I’m worried that it might not allow me to actually kick this thing that I have come down with! So guys any suggestions rest today and see how I am tomorrow?
