FB Sweat Day 16 #workoutcomplete

Overhand curls and overhand tricep extensions? What?! I forgot how awkward those feel.

Since starting Sweat I‘ve been tracking how much I’m lifting. Forcing myself to become aware has taught me: 1. I wasn’t giving myself enough credit 2. The burn in the last few reps could have been more (with holding good form of course). In some cases, I was lifting 3-6lbs lighter during higher reps than I could have, and up to 10lbs during lower rep exercises.

I may have to think about looking for the Powerblock Sport 50 set. 🙅🏻‍♀️💪🏻
