I've recently joined this FB community and am LOVING it - everything about it! I have been making great progress and feeling the healthiest and strongest I have in a few years, which is extremely fun and motivating!
2 days ago I sprained my knee at indoor netball, it hyperextended when I jumped and landed on it, locking it back and making it agonising to move! I'm really not wanting to stop the workouts but also don't want to prolong the recovery...Other than doing the arm focus workouts does anyone have any other suggestions of what would be suitable? Thank you!
