Skinny guy, 6'2'', 158lbs, slim, want to build mass and endurance

Hi everyone!

I am a professional dancer and I am way skinny!

I am 6'2'', 158lbs, and am looking to build mass and increase endurance btu I am nervous the rate I go I will continue to lose weight the more I swim or exercise.

I am not so knowledgeable when it comes to eating and how often to eat and what to eat in order to add some mass to my body.

I'm pretty much on the hunt for a detailed meal plan and workout program that will help me stay lean and flexible for my dance career, but adding some weight and tone to both protect my body and to look a little more filled out.
