Today was hard and it was my fault.

I did both my workouts but was so darn sluggish. I've learned a valuable lesson. Don't w I'll rkout right after you've eaten no matter how small the amount. My cooldown was even extremely difficult. All I had was two slices of toast with a small amount of peanut butter and homemade jam. I even had a glass of milk. That little bit about kept me from

doing my workout. This day sucked.
