Tricep dips with kicks or the crab walk form

I am not an internet Troll. LOL. (just read some of the chats.) I have been doing FB for 12 yrs now. I have come along way in many areas but my triceps are not one of them. Need some suggestions for alternative moves in place of the tricep dips with a kick or the crab walk position. ( currently doing FB bored easily)

I will gladly take suggestions on how to strengthen that area with weights.
