How to measure progress!?!

I know must of you measure your progress in cm/inch or kg/lbs as I do too. And sometimes I get disapointed because I don't have the success I was hoping for.

But today I was so suprised by how strong I am and how much more endurance I have.

I repeated some workouts I have done before and I just did it. It was still hard but I didn't stop to catch my breath or for anything else.

A few weeks ago I shared with you my first jump lunges and today I share my great overall progress.

And again just stick with it and the change will come!!
