Slowed Down a bit.

Hi! I started working out 12 weeks ago and have done FB Strong 2x and just completed my first round of FB Mass today.

The last few weeks were really tough, my dad was really ill in the hospital and passed away early Friday morning. The week leading up to his passing it was really hard to keep motivated, I missed a few workouts because quite honestly I was sad and didn’t feel like doing much. My husband gave me a little extra push and I ended finishing it today. Not as strong as I would have liked to but I did It.

So tomorrow I start new challenge not quite sure which one yet, might do either of these over or on to a new one. Wish me luck guys, need to stay motivated!!
