Hey FB fam,
So I recently just started University again after taking a semester off to focus on my health & nutrition. After 8 months of working out daily I've started struggling..When I'm not working or doing homework or in classes I find myself so tired that a workout seems like a chore which it never felt like before. Deadlines are coming up and It's been about 5 days since I worked out last, I really don't want to fall back into old unhealthy habits! Is anyone else finding it hard to manage your time and get a decent workout in?
What has been your biggest motivation to stay on top of things?
Disclaimer : My health is super important to me and I'll never give up on myself completely but just need some outside motivation to stay in the game ☀️
