I'm interested in seeing what the vegetarian or vegan meal plans are like but we don't have nuts in our house because one of the kids is allergic. Would it be worth my while purchasing? I'm not bad at nutrition, I have free nutritionist advice in the family when I want it, it's more the having everything predetermined that appeals to my disorganised self. I eat 1,300 - 1,500 cals a day, some of these cals in form of protein shakes and try to eat 30% protein a day. Would these suit me do you reckon?
