Im currently running out of motivation. My go to breakfast is usually oatmeal with banana, milk and nuts or else scrambled eggs with a piece of whole grain toasts.
But I'm not enjoying these breakfasts anymore because I've been taking them for far too long.. and when I have an unhealthy breakfast, the rest of the day is out of whack nutrition-wise.
So having said that, I'm now looking for different breakfast ideas which are healthy and simple. Thanks!
