I have recently been diagnosed with adenomyosis. After researching the symptoms and complications, I have realized that Fitness Blender has saved me from many of them. It also may explain why I have had trouble losing weight despite being a FB addict for a few years now. This is a total shot in the dark, but have any other ladies here been diagnosed with the same condition? I'd really appreciate being able to compare notes on how it affects the body and FB affects it.
