Talk to me about intuitive eating

I’ve got this workout thing down!

I’m struggling with food. I’m one of those people who either has to fixate in counting calories or I over eat. I do eat clean about 70% of the time. Closer to 60% in the last weeks.

How did you stop that cycle? I do well for a few weeks and then fall off.

I’m super intrigued by intuitive eating. Is there a recommended reading or something I can do to educate and jump start? I really don’t want to track everything but I don’t know what my next step is.
