Any Tips to Overcome Emotional Eating/Food Addiction?

ONe of the great things I’ve learned is that change begins with love. I m learning to love myself as I am now. And to love myself enough to change for the better. One of the greatest roadblocks on this healthy lifestyle journey for me is emotional eating. I struggle so much with this. Whether I am happy or sad, joyful or depressed, bored or entertained... Everything is a reason for me to reach for food. I am doing my best to focus on not eating when I’m not hungry, but I still fail at this. Does any one have suggestions on how to overcome food addiction and emotional eating? I know it can’t be solved in a night, but I am willing to go through the process for healing and freedom from this.
