So. Many. Tomatoes.

We've got so many tomatoes from our garden, that we're finding new ways to use them. (I've already canned a bunch, made salsa, marinara sauce, served them caprese-style, and added them to almost every meal I can.)

So tonight, it was buffalo burgers with tomatoes as buns.

They're different, but tasty. You can't exactly pick them up like regular burgers, but that's ok. They taste good, and that's what matters, right?
