Cardio kickboxing lower 52 minutes

Completed cardio kickboxing sweated up a storm and I feel fantastic. I have lots of weight and toning to go. Loved this workout as it didn’t hurt my Morton’s neuroma on my foot. Please recommend other workouts. I alternate today was cardio lower tomorrow hiit/cardio upper then next day cardio/hiit abs obliques. Rest. So hard to rest because I get so much energy from workouts. I feel guilty. Lol now if I could clean eat a little better I would b good ty Daniel and Kelly
