FB Sweat Day 10 #workoutcomplete

This workout today my friends, was no joke! I generally don't swear at the screen, but toward the end when Daniel said we have one more section (after the lizard hops) I came very close to throwing my laptop across the room 😂Luckily, he meant the cool down.

Once again I am so grateful to K & D for allowing us access to such a wonderful resource so readily. I was able to do this routine pretty much with no modifications, except the side plank (have to do from my knee) and I can't believe it! There is absolutely no way that would have been possible when I started with FB, I hold Daniel's level 5 HIIT workouts as a gold standard of fitness and to say I did it is a wonderful feeling - even if it's taken me a couple of years to get here.

I was even able to do the kick-through set - I just had to tune into my inner break dancer - thank you early 80's childhood!
