5 Day Custom FB Community Challenge: Check-in Post for DAY THREE

I don't know about you guys, but I have some soreness in my shoulders today. Hopefully we won't be using them in today's workout. I'm not so sure about this one. Some of you, including me, read some mixed reviews about it; so we shall see how we fair getting our #WorkoutCompleteForK&DwithK&D today. And also see just how sore we can make our abs with the extra credit!

Oh and I also originally thought this video had K&D together through the whole thing, but this workout is like a mash up style. So it's either Kelli or Daniel doing the exercises. So after you do this workout, tell us who you sweared at more. ;)
