Anyone else postpartum?

I am 4 and a half months PP. Before getting pregnant my fitness and health levels were already on the decline. I stopped working out as much, and gained about 15 pounds. Then I found out i was pregnant. During my pregnancy I gained about another 45 pounds putting me at 216. Since then i have dropped down to 189. I decided I needed a lifestyle change so I could be a good example for my daughter, and be healthier overall.

It is SO tough after working all day, putting my baby girl to bed, and then getting a workout in. But I am a week and a half in!

Are there any other new mothers out there trying to get back into shape after having a baby?? I think we can all use the motivation :)
