Alright, here goes - a food post with a recipe (kinda). Ta-da!
So, when you’re married to an amazing #chefinthemaking (who has the day off today) and you ask for a “light lunch” before your workout, this the kinda thing you get.
Soba Noodle Salad with Fried Tofu and Ginger-Lemon Dressing.
Also making an appearance in the salad: cucumbers, cilantro, scallions, sesame seeds, and toasted seaweed.
I was really just hoping for a sandwich or something...
Anyway, she got the recipe from the James Beard Foundation website, but then made some "modifications" - as she always does.
