Looking for more info! Other resources?

I'm loving how much I've learned about health and fitness from FB and I've been having so much fun researching it. It's nice to read about balance in diet, exercise, etc and how everything needs to work together WITHOUT waiting for the other shoe to drop (when whoever is talking pushes a specific product, strict diet, extreme weight loss gimmick, etc). Does anyone know of any other great resources for learning more? I'm looking for podcasts, books, blogs, or whatever! Thanks all! :)
