Is that okay to eat only what your body need

Hello everybody (2nd question of the day)

I was asking myself about calorie needed by body. Is that okay for you to eat the exact amount of calorie calculated by the BMR even if you're doing exercise 5-6 times a week ? Can that be bad for the body ? What can be the result of eating only the minimum needed while doing a lot of exercise ?
