The good and the bad

Hello everyone, I have followed FB for several years however I am a quitter. I start programs and quit them before finishing.....and then I feel poorly about myself for it. I just wanted to share that it appears I will finish the low impact program soon (09/16/2018). If I can push through ON SCHEDULE, I will finish by the 16th. So the good is that I will finally finish! The bad is that is took me 9 (yes 9 weeks) to do a four week program. So I am glad I will finish instead of quitting however I need to work out more often on plan. Maybe there are other people like me that quit and will resolve to push through even if it takes double the time scheduled. I just thought I would share.
