I’m behind but still chugging along !

So a few days behind week 4 of fb30! We have visitors over and between spending time with them, work (and I’m not gonna lie, one morning nursing a pretty nasty hangover 😂😂) - today is Sunday and I did tuesdays lower body strength workout!

I’m not annoyed at myself, I’ve enjoyed my few days but back to the grind now - might double up tomorrow, might not, I’ll see how I feel afte 30 minutes of hiit!
