When you have to force yourself to REST!

Today I mowed my lawn, 1/4 acre with a push mower in South Florida heat. Today was also supposed to be my last day of a 5 day challenge, and I just had to make the decision to REST instead of get my final "Workout Complete" for this challenge. I find myself sometimes pushing too hard, and for stubborn reasons, like, I planned to be done a certain day, etc. Sometimes we just gotta rest. It's okay. It's not giving up, it's treating yourself right. I'll jump right on Day 5 tomorrow. I started this challenge in the middle of my work out week, so taking a rest day doesn't bother me, too much. lol Does anyone else struggle with this?
