Sunday lunch


I wanted some shrimp scampi for a couple of weeks now and I finally had time to make it today. From printing out the New York Times recipe, writing in a few adjustments, to sitting at the table for four, time was just under an hour. It would have taken that long or longer at a restaurant, would have cost much more, and according to my husband, would not have been nearly as good.

This is a picture of tomorrows lunch...or my husbands dinner....lol.
