FBmass complete - what's up next?

Yay, completed the #FB Mass this morning! #workoutcomplete πŸŽ‰πŸ•ΊπŸ’ƒ I want to say thank you to Kelli and Daniel for these great workout program!

Me personally liked this program better than the "busy people"-series because I can't do so much HIIT. I have quite a stressful job (with a lot of walking / running around) so to much HIIT leaves me stressed out even more so I really had to pause the more cardio-orientated programs. I liked #FBxt a lot, but working out 5days/week suits me better.

I enjoyed these more strength based program with a fare share of cardio very much! And it even showed far more than the other programs like nicely shaped arms, legs and core! So I can recommend #fbmass entirely!

What would you suggest as the next program, #fbstrong? Or is there another strength based program with little cardio in it?
