Post workout illness?

So, every time it’s the same thing. I get geared up to start a new program (this time it’s FB Sweat) and after 2-3 days I get sick. Always earache with headache and sore throat. I feel great while I’m working out, but I wake up on day three and feel awful. I try to push myself while working out, but I don’t ever feel like I’m over doing it at the time. Anyone else have thus issue? Any help would be most appreciated because it can be very discouraging and I don’t want to get derailed.
