🤪😩 Pre-workout gluteus medius activation + gluteus maximus workout

Busy day ahead but I got in one hour of legs and light cardio. One of my goals is to target my gluteus medius, so, as I’ve mentioned before, I do a preworkout that isolates those muscles. And do more compound-type moves in the main workout. I am SO BEAT! But I feel great. I’ve been more hungry than usual, probably bc if increase in cardio so I have a feeling I’ll be chowing down today! Leftovers! 😋😊
