VOTE POST: Chose your own FB 5 Day Challenge: DAY 2 Workouts

Day 2 focuses on Upper body. There is also some cardio and a little ab work depending on the workout and extra credit picked. Again, because of the material I had to work with, I managed to only put together two workouts to choose from.

Also note, there are no K&D warm up and cool down videos. Well, there's one, but it's like a partner yoga thing, so that wouldn't work for all of us. So the warm ups and cool downs are either Kelli or Daniel. The main workout and extra credits stay true to the theme.
