Willpower Tips??

I have no problems waking up at 5am to workout everyday. I'm getting stronger and my endurance is building quickly. Then throughout the day I do a decent job of watching my portion sizes and eating somewhat healthy.

But then at night time, I lose all my willpower and end up eating whatever I want and later feel guilty and wish I hadn't done it. Does anyone have any tips for what has worked for them to overcome this struggle? I want to lose a little weight but it will be impossible at the rate I'm going!
