Am I doing something wrong?

Hi everyone, I'm Erika and I've been working out with FB for 4 years now, during my journey I lost 25 kgs (55 lbs), I see a big difference in the waist, I lost some fat on the legs too but I still have a lot of fat (specially saddlebags) and cellulite, I follow the FB30 program. What could be the problem? Thanks for helping out!
