FB 30 Round 3 - My 1st PFT

I started FB30 Round 3 today with my first ever PFT:

Mile - 11 min 34 sec

Plank - 60 seconds

Squats - 45, 8lb weight each hand

Push-ups - 4 full, 15 half

Sit and reach - +4.75

I am looking forward to improving some of these stats after these 8 weeks are up. Abs 2 didn't include a PFT and I didn't take it upon myself to do one, but I know some of these figures already demonstrate an improvement in my abilities compared to what they were before I started using FB programs.
