FB Sweat Group Day 1

At least four of us are starting FB Sweat today, everyone is free to join. Let's do this ladies. Today's workout included the PFT. Let's share our results so we can measure our improvement after the program!!

Here are my results:

1 Mile run: 9:12

Squats: 17 with 21lbs per hand

Pushups: 10 Full

Reach: 2.75in

Plank: 1:18

That was a great HIIT workout, love the combo of straight HIIT with strength moves. I did half hard version half low impact. 45 seconds is a long time to go on that hard version, wow. I'm so sweaty after this one, so the title of FB Sweat is right on. Gonna have to buy a sweat band I think, kept getting sweat in my eyes and it stings!
