R.I.P - Upper body and deltoid shred

Idk why they donโ€™t add this shoulder shred to every total upper body but Iโ€™m going to start adding it regularly. I have the weakest delts ๐Ÿ˜‚ But the burn was so good!

As an aside: I used to think I preferred working out with Kelli bc I started out with them mainly using their lower body routines which Kelli does most of. But, since being exposed to Daniel more often in this Mass program, I really enjoy working out with him, too. Safe to say my biased preference has been dissolved. ๐Ÿ™‚ #workoutcomplete
