R.I.P - Upper body and deltoid shred

Idk why they don’t add this shoulder shred to every total upper body but I’m going to start adding it regularly. I have the weakest delts πŸ˜‚ But the burn was so good!

As an aside: I used to think I preferred working out with Kelli bc I started out with them mainly using their lower body routines which Kelli does most of. But, since being exposed to Daniel more often in this Mass program, I really enjoy working out with him, too. Safe to say my biased preference has been dissolved. πŸ™‚ #workoutcomplete
