Gain Weight (Muscle) - Just Strength and no HIIT?


Hey FB-Family :)

I have a question to all of you who gained muscle mass with the workouts. Of course you should focus an strength training when you want to increase muscle mass, but what's about HIIT? Is it good or does HIIT slow down the mass buildung, because a higher calorie intake is needed for a long time, and HIIT is known for the very high calorie burn... what is your experience?
