My Lunch Plate: what have you eaten today? :)

I’ve decided to go for some steamed green beans, tofu mixed with champignons, and fresh cucumbers. I was amazed when I counted the caloric value - only 180 calories! 😮 And I feel so full! Haha, I have more room for snacking later 😁

Do you like mushrooms of any kind? I like them fried or marinated /salted. I can’t say that I eat them very often, it is more of a rare treat.

Can you recommend some delicious and easy dish recipe involving champignons? I am thinking of adding it to my New Year’s table menu 😍
