Belated 1000 calorie workout + listen to your body!

I’ve finished the 1000 calorie challenge and didn’t die! I actually felt pretty good after and proud that I could do the whole thing without modifications. Sweaty hair pic included.

Maybe tmi, but I’m on a post-workout high: I was delayed in the challenge because I was having some unusual abdominal/menstrual pain. I went to my gyn to rule out something serious like endometriosis, which thankfully it was not. But she said it was better to get checked out than suffer in silence and let something important go unnoticed.

Just another lesson in listening to your body (for men and women) and taking a break when you need it!
