FB MASS Day 1 — month 3 of consistency + managing ambition

Today, I took my 3rd set of “before” photos and measurements since June. I’m very excited bc I’ve built up a wonderful momentum and my progress is fuel.

Last week, I decided to take a week off. After my last physique update, I was thrilled with my progress and it began to overtake me — I actually, for a couple days, became disatisfied with my results bc I felt so far from my ultimate goal, and so eager to get there. So, I took a week, continued eating well and lightly active - some walks, taking the stairs etc.

It definitely was the cure! Balance has been restored and my mindset going into this new program is healthy again. Sometimes ya gotta check your ambition! 😊
