August complete

This has been a month of transition for me. I love working out at lunchtime on workdays and it has been hard to give that up. But I had a schedule change so I have a shorter lunch. My son started kindergarten and I worked Monday through Saturday for three of these weeks. Every checkmark on this calendar represents a day where I got out of bed at or before 4:30 to work out.

I only lost a pound this month but I have reached my goal size. I started working out with fitnessblender in October last year and I was 32 pounds heavier and miserable. I started off in a size 16 and I was miserable. I am now a size 8 and people think I am a different person. Like for real... I am though. I am stronger and healthier!
