Smashed my two workouts today! Surprised myself with my strength!!

So today I started the workout with a nice HIIT routine with kellie, and then this evening I started a full body strength routine with her and then finished with a HIIT routine with Daniel! And I am wrecked!!!!! After I did the strength routine kellie mentioned doing a HIIT after so I said ok why not a pushed myself on a did another workout and boy am I glad I did that! I feel amazing! (I say that but my soul has left my body) and now I'm eating my spinach and chicken wrap! Hope everyone else smashed their workouts today! Xx
