Please VOTE: skip a scheduled workout or endure it?

Hi Blenders :)

I keep track of all my FB workouts and make notes of advice or details about that workout. Then I put a "like" or "dislike" for the video to determine if I thought the workout was a good challenge and worth my time. I don't put a "dislike" on difficult workouts just because they're hard, but instead only on the workouts I thought weren't worth my time. There are very few disliked workouts (less than 10 in over 300 videos).

I'm halfway through FB Abs round 2 and looking at today's workout, it's one of my "dislikes". I'm wondering.....would you skip this workout and substitute another (something with the same body focus) or would you do the workout anyway as it's in a program K&D specifically designed?
